1. Difficult area, difficult choices - Training on dealing with the “differences” in organisations active in social inclusion of young people in & through volunteering

   The principle of inclusion and openness for all, regardless their social background, skin colour,
   religion, convictions or sexuality is and should remain a fundamental one when working with volunteers, both on international, national and a local level. In order to highlight the need to accept the difference and acknowledge the benefit we can get out of it, the added value and richness of it, ICYE EA decided to develop this TC. The aim of this activity is to develop best practices of organisations with the aim to foster the inclusion of minorities and marginalised youth in and through volunteering.This training course will be held in Naples, from the 18th to 24th of January 2010.
